Canon Coffee - Apopka

I cannot recommend this coffee shop enough when I have friends or family visiting. Beyond their ingenuity and creative concepts, the staff are amazing at not only being accommodating but remembering locals/regulars. At this point, a quarter of my paycheck is going to them just because I cannot get enough of their tea lattes. If you get a chance, their take on the BLT on sourdough has my highest recommendation, followed only by their croissant breakfast sandwiches. The best part? The ability to customize orders without it being outrageous, and the attentiveness of the staff through mobile orders.

This restaurant was amazing! I took my grandmother there for lunch and coffee, and the service was outstanding! The owner even offered my grandma a senior citizen discount without us even asking for it. I would rate the service a perfect 10/10. I'll definitely be coming back. It's important to support small businesses! Also, don't miss out on the pop tarts. If they have them, definitely try them! I had the strawberry and pumpkin cream cheese flavors, and they were honestly the best things I've ever eaten. You won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic coffee! The space is tidy and inviting, with multiple rooms perfect for chatting or getting some work done. It has a warm, homey vibe that makes you feel right at ease.

"What is THIS?!" I exclaimed as I entered what I mistakenly thought was someone's home. In many ways, it truly felt like home—home to exceptional service, friendly staff, and delicious coffee. The prices are comparable to those at chain coffee shops, but the quality here surpasses what they claim. The menu is delightfully themed around music, featuring pop songs interpreted in a classical style. It’s an ideal place to relax and enjoy a classic cup of coffee on a Saturday, or to try one of their signature drinks like The Apopkan or The Musician. Each signature beverage is a harmonious blend of flavors, with hints of orange, mocha, or lavender and honey. If you're in search of a cozy local spot, Canon will definitely be music to your ears.

I ordered the Reese's puffs latte and it was delicious. I ordered online and had it brought to me curbside, which made it easier with having my baby in the car with me who was sleeping.
