It kinda like a wanna be classy restaurant to me to begin with I got a piece elf metal in my bread the table was wobbly the waitress was the worst service I ever had not once did she check on us our food got out after a big family that got there after us and the manager had the nerve to say it was because it’s too busy like that made any sense. It was just a very bad experience I feel so bad for my husband. We got there when it wasn’t too busy then it got busy but I still can’t rap my head around how my 2 plates come out after a family of 6 people. When I was there a good 20 min before them literally an hour for my food and the manager says it’s also because the pasta takes 15 min and the steak 25 min and I’m like what about the rest of the time???????IM MIND BLOWN, such a waste of a beautiful place to get the worst service I’ve ever had.
On our first visit we were skeptacal but we were told good things. As soon as you walk in the door you can smell the wood fire for the pizza's and it makes you hungry. As we walked to our table we saw a piece of lasagna on the counter and I knew that was exactly what I wanted. When you first sit down they bring out bread with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and a spicy olive oil. All of them are great. We then ordered the Salumi e Formaggi, there were 6 of us and 2 of them fed us just fine. Then on to the main event, everyone at the table ordered the Lasagna al Forno di legna. It tasted fantastic and the cold burrata on top of it really made it top notch. For dessert I ended up getting the Cannoli di Oreo which was the perfect size after the big meal. For our second visit we wanted to try the pizza. I go the Calzone Napoletano, it was a lot bigger than I expected and I wish I had asked for some extra sauce when I ordered because by the time they brought the extra sauce I was finished with my meal. One of the people I was with ordered the Maestosi Pasta alla Ruota di Parmigiano which was pasta finished at your table on a fire-fired Grana Padano DOP wheel. It was a cool show. I never would have thought we'd have such fantastic Italian in Monterrey but I'm happy we found it!
I ordered a carpaccio and it was very good, after that I had a pizza margherita that was very good as well. The service was always prompt, educated and available. The only ‘negative’ was the price, but I do recommend it
The service was very good. They paid attention to a lot of details that made the experience one of the best! The staff and manager is a valuable asset! The food quality was top notch! Timing of everything was fantastic! Great experience! We will return for sure!
Posiblemente la mejor comida italiana que he probado fuera de Italia. Excelentes platos y servicio al cliente. Hazte un favor y echa un vistazo a este lugar.
