Marco's Pizza - Apex

Just stay away from this place. Their order correctness is maybe 50%. If its anything other than pizza then its more like 15%. Dont think they have EVER gotten a salad order right. My favorite is delivery, ill answer the door and get the order. They leave then my wife asks where her salad is. Thats been at least 3 times. They have never rememebred to give it to me when i pick up the order. Sometimes i wasnt aware we ordered one until we got home. Same with appetizers at least once, maybe two times. Done ordering from them

The extra large supreme we ordered and enjoyed last night was the best pizza I have ever eaten. Even the reheated two slices I ate this afternoon tasted superior to what we can get here in Rocky Mount!

I normally don’t write reviews, but Marcos went above and beyond tonight. The young woman up front, went to the back to make sure my pizza was cooked perfectly (well done) and my order was correct. My pizza ended up needing a few extra minutes and a man named Jay came out and told me to go back to my car and he would personally bring my pizza to me. This meant so much to me as I am pregnant and had my daughter with me. Absolutely amazing service.

Rest in Peace my local Marco's. I've been an avid Marco's fan from this location and have ordered dozens of times both for pickup and delivery. Today, I go to order my favorites and my home is no longer on their delivery location list. Because I can't get delivery, I'll never visit here again, instead I'll just head to the local, non-chain location that's a half mile down the road. It was a good run, Marcos.
