La Cocina Mexican - Apex

Had a great lunch during the holiday break and I was really impressed with food and service. This is a great local chain restaurant and serves typical American Mexican cuisine. The service was great with other employees and server check in often. The food was delivered quickly and good portions. I couldn't have 5 stars since the food presentation was Bland, the dish needed more color and I wish there was a little more to the dish like shredded cheese, sour cream or chopped tomatoes. This is a great place for a work lunch or a causal dinner.

I really enjoyed the food here. Each member of our party received its own salsa dish. The chips were thin and fresh. I had a spinach quesadilla with beans for lunch. Everything was clean and the service was friendly. The prices for lunch were reasonable.

First rookie mistake, take the picture before you start eating lol. The food was that good. We enjoyed the fried pork chop topped with pineapple and the carne asada. The meat was tender for both dishes and full of flavor. The staff was beyond friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was welcoming and fun.

The restaurant was crowded when we arrived, but the service was prompt. The menu offered many, many choices. Our food arrived quickly. It was delicious. Our server checked in with us several times. It was a fun, family restaurant experience. My family and I will definitely go back.

Excellent AUTHENTIC kitchen! Amazing service! Your signature dishes are truly spectacular! Family who loves Mexican cuisine, children turn their plates. A ordered from the adult menu ate everything! (DELICIOSO) Service was prompt, friendly, kept the chips and drinks coming. Excellent job! Your chicken is fabulous. The grande burrito wow amazing red sauce, carne wowow! The real showstoppers were the soapilla (what???? Oh, my what! All right. And the caramel filled CHURROS!! The ABSOLUTE BEST CHURROs I have in my life! and yes, I scream! You're worth screaming!
