Carrabba's Italian Grill Apex

Our server was Robin. She was incredibly attentive to my food allergies and made the first gluten-free and tomato-free experience at Carrabba a pleasant and delicious experience. I've already eaten at Carrabba, just not since dealing with these food allergies.

Excellent service, excellent food, I have to say that this restaurant is the best place I have eaten in a very long time.

We took my mother to dinner and it was excellent. She enjoyed the Shrimp scallop Spiedini....I had my favorite Chicken Bryan and the hubs gave his bowl Seafood Pasta. Salads were perfect, I am picky when it comes to Cesear Salad and that was right. Dessert was fantastic.... Excellent food perfectly cooked. A tip of the hat goes to our waiter James (from New Jersey). It is amazing, polite, extremely professional, without being stubborn. I could see James working in a 5-star restaurant as a head waiter or better.... the manager. We all loved him! Good work for the entire staff at Carrabbas. It couldn't be better.

This is our favorite place and we have eaten at many. The staff is wonderful and the food is well prepared. Wine is served at the right temperature.

Whoever cooked my Fettuccini Carraba tonight is gifted. This is the best dinner from there I ever had! BOOM!
