Mcdonald's - Apache Junction

We encountered quite a few issues while trying to drive through the restaurant late at night. After midnight, we attempted to place an order, but we never received anything despite our efforts. We even had to ask what we could order at 2 AM. It took about ten minutes to finalize our order, yet the staff member didn't come to the window for over ten minutes, so we decided to leave. Fortunately, we eventually went to another McDonald's location where we were served quickly and received our order hot and fresh. A big thank you to the team there for their great service! It's always nice to see the lively atmosphere at night, with cars lined up for the drive-thru.

I spent a few days in AJ and decided to grab breakfast at this restaurant. The staff was outstanding! The woman who greeted me and took my order was fantastic—bright, cheerful, and clearly enjoyed meeting new people. Most importantly, she got my order exactly right when so many other fast food places often mess it up. Great job, and thank you! I’d definitely return anytime.

I really appreciate the people who still value personal customer service. While there are machines at this location, I'm glad the staff is still engaged and providing face-to-face service. The place was clean, the service was quick, and the employees worked diligently. Thank you, McDonald's!
