Jack In The Box - Apache Junction

Pretty good! Taste and temperature, I can confirm that the Jalepeno Poppers and Sandwich were made fresh to order. The sandwich was custom requested and perfectly made. The frits are old and at the time they should have left on heating – but the service was really great and everything else is very delicious!

I was disappointed with my recent experience at the restaurant. The cashier walked away without taking my order and I had to wait for someone else to help me. When I received my meal to go, I found that the fries were few in number, the food was cold, and the grilled cheese burger had a strange taste. The tacos were alright, as they always are. Overall, I expected more from Jack in the Box. I hope this is not the standard for restaurants in this town. I will have to wait and see.

The staff at this restaurant is friendly, polite, and hardworking. The food is good, but the Jack Tacos were not as crunchy as I have experienced at other Jack in the Box locations. The dining room is small and dirty, with lots of flies in the summer. The clear glass walls and doors make the place feel too exposed, especially at night. It feels like being in a fishbowl.

The food is usually decent, not amazing. However, there were some concerning individuals hanging out on the back deck. Just thought I'd mention it!

Terrible place terrible service. Not only did you make me pull to the side for 10 minutes for “fresh tenders”, but you gave me old nuggets instead and the wrong sauce. And how about those under cooked soggy fries clumped into a ball? You’re going to pay for stealing my money one way or another. Good luck.
