Vecchio Ristoro In Aosta

I never dreamed of finding such a place in Aosta. The host and waiters were very friendly and polite, regarding food ..let say it in a word: Terrific. From the Entree to the coffee (and also side chocolate) it was amazing to have a dinner there. Of course, a little expensive, but we talk about high-quality restaurant.

We had the 7-course menu with the wine pairings. This was the best experience we have with michelin in our 3 weeks holiday in North-West Italy. Creative variations on Italian dishes with fresh local ingredients that lead to exceptional flavor combinations combined with very good wine pairings.

Amazing food! Already the amuse-bouche was mind blowing. Very good and kind service and the atmosphere is always very nice and cosy. Loved that the heafchef came to us and explained the menù.

Fantastic restaurant, incredible food and very amicable staff. The chef comes several times to explain a plate (instead of coming at the end, when talking is often awkward). Don't wait, just go and enjoy.

Amazing food, really fresh, flavors very well balanced together in creative combinations, wine list excellent and recommendations on point! Service was impeccable and Paolo took care of us very well! Tables were very well spaced and Covid measures fully adhered to, but not overlaid. Highly recommended for the 7 course menu and let yourself be an unforgettable culinary experience! We left filled, satisfied and eager to the next time in Aosta!
