Me and friends went to this restaurant, the presentation is nice and has an authentic feel to it, we were seated fairly quickly with a nicely set table. We were then given a glass of prosecco each, without asking which we assumed was complimentary,...it isn't. We then placed our order after writing it down ourselves? (maybe due to us being British and to avoid confusion) but after we all diligently filled in our order and handed this to the waiter, we then had a waiter come over minutes later trying to change our order to the all you can eat buffet, no this isn't what we wanted, she then started asking us about notes written on the order, which was our drinks order written out by the waiter, she then asked other waiters what it ment instead of going to the waiter.. Then the food started to arrive, or at least some of it did. My order of a starter, some chicken skewers and rice with vegetables came out, in reverse order. We then had half an hour of different waiters turning up with food, one of whom was extremely rude and kept trying to serve us food for other tables, argued with us when we told him it was the incorrect order, he kept placing every dish he brought through onto the same persons table instead of bringing it to the correct person. Then after waiting a further half hour while watching other tables that had arrived after us be served their full meals, of our party still hadn't received their order, when mentioned to the waiting staff, again they tried to argue with us saying they had brought out all food, despite there being clearly no food in of my friends places. We also ordered a bottle of table water, they never brought us any glasses for it? And finally when the bill arrived they tried to charge us for the supposed complimentary prosecco and some nibbles they gave us without asking! Appalling service, pretty tasty food
