Aldente - AOSTA

All meals we ordered were delicious. The location was good, and the place was neat and pretty. And the staff was very friendly. It was a little unpleasant because it was hard to communicate in English, but I managed to order it. Next time I visit Aosta, I want to come back here.

This place was a hit or a miss for me and my friends, fortunately for me it was a hit. I have the risotto that was delicious! Besides, we have the fondue with truffles, Mama! And pumpkin cake, which was interesting taste, as it was immersed in hot chocolate sauce. Chose an excellent wine that only added. Bread, olive oil and vinegar comb was also great! Will say, friend ordered the chestnut gnocchi and it wasn't good. Atmosphere was super cozy and warm.

Friendly, friendly staff; cool interior design that is also warm and welcoming; and a menu to die for! So many dishes we wanted to try have to come back.

My husband and I found this restaurant on a Saturday night without any reservation. Mario was very kind to give us a table without reservation. A special “Thank you” to Mr. Mario. We loved the food and their variety of wines. This place is a MUST if you’re visiting or around Vale D’Aosta. Staff was very friendly and able to explain the menu and give good suggestions on dishes and wines based on our preferences. 10/10 restaurant. Definitely coming back!
