Didn’t try the shakes but some of the ice cream as indicated in the description. The seller can speak English and knows which flavours are vegan. Coconut, black beans and pumpkin flavour are amazing. Didn’t like the durian one so much. It costs 40 baht for two flavours in a bowl, 45 in a waffle con and a bit more (don’t remember) for a waffle bowl. It’s close to the beach and definitely worth stopping by !

We had a dragon-fruit and a maracuja shake and liked both. The ice cream wasn't available.

We stumbled upon this little place by accident and asked about the coconut ice cream, if it was vegan... Yes it is! They make the coconut ice cream themselves with fresh coconut, coconut milk and coconut sugar. They also sell lovely fresh fruit shakes, I recommend the mango-banana option with no sugar. In case you do want sugar, you can choose between: less-normal-high. Enjoy :

Had the Taro and coconut flavor. I definatly had better coconut ice cream in Thailand but the taro one was pretty good.

Had pumpkin and black bean ice cream in a cone and it was great, one of the better vegan ice creams that I've had! And for 45 baht too! Found the place a few doors down from the smoothie shop (didn't read the description very well)!
