It seems like I have no luck getting to know new places! The structure of the place is very bad and there are few people to serve. The pizza rotation runs every half hour. The tables are very spread out, so whoever wants to stay at a table as long as possible. Queue to enter. Poorly trained staff. The place has potential but as it is I don't know where it will end up. Nice place, the service from the waiters was very good, the food was delicious and the price was fair... however, the day we were there, we were having a beer and when it arrived around 11:00 pm approximately, a lady was just waiting to take us out. ...he said he needed the tower (which he still had to drink) and that if we delayed he would have to pay overtime for the employees...he was completely rude in his approach... We went for a midweek carvery and they simply didn't serve pizza after waiting for over an hour. The place was full but nothing out of the ordinary. You can't promote a service if you don't have the structure for it. We were hungry and angry because the employee was super rude when we asked to cancel the rotation order (since nothing was on our table). I don't recommend it to anyone. I went on a pizza rotation day, when I arrived they were taking a long time to serve it to our table, but Nubia and Letícia made it happen. We were very responsive, they were quick and helpful.
