Sold soft drinks and food in a quiet garden in private cabanas. You need to get your own alcohol from the wine shops nearby. Right behind the main road in town. Worth a look.

Well decent place in Anuradhapura town to have a drink with a meal.

The barman initially said 150r for a beer, then increased the price to 250r while he was fetching it from the fridge. No other customers, just a stray dog chewing on my flip flops. A real shame because we wanted a nice cold relaxing beer after a long hot day in Anuradhapura.

Nice setting but service unreliable. Ordered two beers at the bar, was asked to sit down and they'd come (why not just hand them over? . 10 minutes later, no sign of beers, other people being served, so we walked out. Couldn't recommend this.
