Domino's Pizza - Antrim

I don't mind waiting, but it's a hassle to pay at this restaurant. The staff seem disconnected. I feel defeated and won't be coming back. I'd rather get a cheap pizza from Poundland. When I got home, I found my food cold.

Ordered a large thin base pizza... they weren't wrong on the thin bit, it was like a sheet of paper, and the excuse for toppings... most of the slices didnt have anything on it. Stevie Wonder could have made a better pizza. Never in my days with i get a pizza here again as you can get much better close by for other shops.

I ordered pizzas online from the Antrim Store and it took over an hour to be delivered, even though it usually only takes about 20 minutes. The pizzas we received were a disgrace, as it seemed like they had squeezed a large pizza into a small box. My husband sent it back for a replacement and was told that the dough had expanded after it was taken from the oven, as the drivers had called in sick. They informed us that it would be another 45 minutes for a replacement, but it was already around 1:30am and we were falling asleep. The Store Manager was completely useless and extremely rude, contradicting herself and essentially calling my husband a liar. The picture below shows another pizza that we didn't notice until after the driver had left, as this box hadn't burst open like the other one we sent back. Overall, I won't be returning to this restaurant again.

Every time I think we will order a pizza I hope that they won’t mess up the order. I stayed away from the Antrim store for ages but with new management I tried again...I ordered by phone after everything opened up after lockdown ..I was on the phone for 30 minutes at least while I gave my order because the staff member couldn’t work their computer ..despite repeating the order over and over again..it was wrong. Pizzas not even close. Used the app today...Same thing...random toppings not even close. Just call it Roulette Pizza and cut out the false advertising..you don’t get to choose. Plus don’t try and phone to complain ..they don’t pick up.
