The wait time is unbelievable; I was the fifth car in the drive-thru and waited 34 minutes just to get a coffee and a sandwich. The staff is incredibly rude, and the coffee tastes terrible. It would be a kindness to the community if this place were to close down. Everything about it is disappointing. You can hear the frustration in the staff's voice over the intercom, and the drinks are completely inconsistent. Do yourself a favor and just find a puddle on the street to drink from instead.
Antrim Dunkin' has been quite disappointing. While the donuts are consistently fresh, the coffee often varies between being excellent and subpar. Customer service is generally what you'd expect, but it doesn't always seem to be a top priority. The drive-thru wait times are excessively long, which can be frustrating. On a positive note, it’s good to see a manager stepping in to address mistakes. It appears that there are enough employees on staff, so it’s unclear why service can be slow at times.
This Dunkin' is fantastic! I ordered two donuts and a coffee, but when I got to my car, I discovered they had given me three donuts. Amazing!
Coffee isn't difficult to make bit somehow my coffee is never correct. Medium hot hazelnut 6 skim milk no sugar. I got black coffee with Xtra sugar ????
Five stars to the two ladies working at 11am solo during a rush from hell. 0 to the two that were on break and not coming to help till after those two delt with angry customers both in house and in drive thru.. the two that were on held their own with awesome attitudes and a+ customer service despite rude people yelling from drive thru and confused online order people etc. I come here on my way to work fairly regularly and I know the younger staff seem a bit lazy and under trained and from my experience in the industry it's never easy to fix that.. so awesome job to those two women hopefully management gets a better hold on when to schedule breaks so that the overall business goes smoothly so customers are happy.. and staff doesn't have to deal with what I just witnessed. 0 stars to everyone sitting in that drive thru rude as heck. 5 stars cuz my order is never wrong when I get it, always pleasent customer service, and despite long lines, I'm never waiting long after I place the order to get my coffee. Plus only drive thru on my way to Peterborough so. Yeah. Good job ladies.
