Barrio Fiesta - Antipolo

We went there to celebrate Mother's Day. I have nothing to say about foods because for me it is really delicious as in sobra (for me). In the case of iced tea, it's not that tasty, it seems to lack that taste. But the crispy pata, kare kare, chicken sisig, sizzling gambas, are really delicious! The place is a little bit small for groups/families, a bit crowded but I guess there's no way to expand the space.

I tried their merienda buffet, such a SHAME. Why is it even called a buffet? We went there at around 4 pm (the buffet is from 3-5:30 pm) so it was understandable that almost all the dishes were running out. We waited for them to refill it but the waiter said that they won't refill anything anymore. I guess that's what you get for 120 Pesos no?  Agawan na by the time you see the food running out. Some were even COLD. The diniguan tasted fine and the soup was thick but when I got back for the second round, the soup was...MALABNAW (halatang dinagdagan ng tubig para mukhang marami). So sad. Another sad thing is kaagaw pa namin ung employees ng Barrio Fiesta for the merienda buffet! UGHTIP: Arrive earlier so you won't have to "LATAK".  Will definitely NOT GO BACK and go to DAD's instead! tinadvincula.com

My family always eats here. Their combo of kare kare, crispy pata, family size rice and pitcher of iced tea for 950 pesos is great! Very sulit.. their specialties on one combo meal, great idea. it serves 3-4 hungry people. will satisfy your cravings for filipino food. service is fast, you dont have to wait long for the food. And crew are nice. They also have a miryenda buffet for a cheap price. I love their palitaw.. Good customer service. The place is okay, casual and clean. They have their own restroom, so you dont have to use the mall's restroom anymore.. great food, affordable price. :)
