Dunkin' - Antioch

Went today with my daughter we ordered the chicken roasted peper wraps 4 donuts a ice tea and a cold brew we ate inside restaurants was very dirty tables were horrible the staff was to busy talking to each other and the bathrooms were very nasty and both our wraps were cold inside get it together

Restrooms were locked and employees said they didn’t have a key and did not even have access to a restroom for their use. This was concerning to me. Not sure if this is a franchise or what the situation is but I feel badly for the employees and guests with bathroom needs. Other service has been fine and products are fine. I don’t normally go here but was picking up an order for my wife and was concerned enough to immediately write a review.

Ordered two breakfast sandwiches and a free hashbrown with my reward points. The girl who took the order took the points off for the free hashbrown but never put it on my order. When I asked where my hashbrown was the girl preceded to argue with me that I never ordered it. Even though my account showed she took off the points. She wouldn't give it to me. And when I got to work I noticed that both bagels on the sandwichs were burnt. I ate just the sausage and egg and threw out the bagel. The girls there were rude, and texting on their phones and talking badly about another employee will not be back. Adriana and African American girl were working.

Never gets the order right. And doesn’t put the order stickers on cups. Ya they will remake your drink but what an inconvenience every single time

Just awful service and they always manage to mess up the food
