They were out of some things for our treats, but it was the end of the season!

The service was quick and pleasant. The turtle blizzard was delicious.

This is a fantastic spot to indulge in some delicious ice cream and treat yourself.

We have been experiencing consistent issues with our orders at this restaurant for the past 3 years. The most recent problem was with the chocolate extreme, which was supposed to be dark chocolate but turned out to be almost white. It is disappointing to have to say this, but we have had nothing but problems with this place.

We visited this restaurant for the first time to order a cake for my daughter's birthday. Usually, we frequent DQ in Round Lake. I ordered the cake and some Blizzards but did not receive a receipt as the girl placed it with the order slip. When I returned to pick up the cake, I requested the receipt and was told no. The younger employees present during both visits were unfriendly and seemed bothered to be working. The most disappointing aspect was the cake itself. It had a hard, white, buttercream frosting around the edges instead of the usual whipped cream frosting, which greatly impacted the flavor of the entire cake. We had the same cake from a different location a few days later, and it was much better. Overall, we found the taste of the cake and customer service to be unsatisfactory.
