The donuts are SO GOOD! Not too sweet, soft, and that slight crisp edge to them. Yum! They close at 1pm but usually close earlier because they usually run out by 12pm. Worth going!

A perfect example of how every family-run business should strive to be. Years ago, I started a tradition with my kids of getting a giant Texas donut for their birthday breakfast. Even though I’ve since moved out of town, I still make the drive to pick one up for both of my kids on their special days. This cherished tradition wouldn't be possible without Al's.
The best donuts I've ever had! I'm absolutely in love with the glazed buttermilk variety. Delicious!
