This is a good thing, most likely it's something local. The happy hour 2 for 1 was a nice touch. Quaint place. Would like to return someday for dessert.
With by far the best British food I've had outside the UK, this place is a little taste of home for me. Try the pies I'm obsessed by them! There's something fun happening most nights (usually live music, but there's also a pub quiz on Tuesdays which is my favourite). Whatever the time of day, it's a really good place to meet people and make friends if you're new in town as everyone who comes here seems to be really friendly.
I felt at home. Ordered a pint of ale and bangers and mash. I could've cried, a real taste of home. Susan is a cracking lass, very friendly! I'd love to see a better selection of whiskey, but they have quality mezcal and that's a fine substitute. Very much looking forward to the Sunday lunch!
Lovely place to go if you want a little taste of England
This is like English of a pub as you will find this page of the Rio Grande. There are many beers on tap as well as a decent choice of alcohol. The food from the kitchen is as comforting as anything you ever eat. From the färgers and mash over the fish and chips as well as the burgers, shepherds, onion rings and chicken wings. The only thing I didn't find on the menu was the green pea. Your happy hour prizes cannot be beaten. No, not like that. If you don't believe me, you just have to go inside and see yourself. The staff is very amiable and loquacious, like the customers who usually speak English. If I needed, I could eat every meal in Antigua here and that would be good for me.
