Genco - Antibes

Very good food, friendly service and great portions. house wine was also quite good.

Lunch this Monday noon in this restaurant where we had been touched by this friendly team during the program of the echebest, and well are delighted with our meal, everything was excellent from the entrance to the dessert, the welcome is very warm. It really made us happy to see it was okay for them. Long suite!

The place is nice, ok, but I don’t know of they were understaffed or what, but we reserved a table (it’s a must in a touristic place like Antibes! at 20.30. We were 2 adults, a 1y old baby and I am 8m old pregnant. We ordered a dish of gnocchi (being told they were not available, so fresh pasta instead, which I was totally fine with and a medium-cooked steak. After more than an hour nothing came at out table. We were literally starving! The staff was not even ko d and attentive to bring some bread meanwhile. Guys, is you are not able to take care or a few tables at the same time, CHANGE JOB! Never ever again!!!!

The food was lovely and nice sized portions. The waiter was super lovely, very attentive and helped all our needs. Good wine selection and nice places to sit, would definitely visit again

One of the few restaurants open on this March Friday night…I ordered a salad with toasts/goat cheese which was underwhelming for the price…mostly lettuce with the toasts. My husband had the salmon bavette/steak with frites and very small salad or garnish. Wine choice not great. Very relaxed service and average food.
