Caffe Milano - Antibes

Went to the restaurant with my friends during our vacation in Juan-les-Pins. The food we ordered was so delicious and the service was exceptional. The atmosphere was unique and the sea is only 2 minutes away on foot from the restaurant. Definitely one of our best nights in Juan-les-Pins by far. Can only highly recommend it!

Absolutely the worst service ever. food was decent when it finally arrived but the waiters and waitress are older, slow and don’t seem to understand the concept of service.

We’ve been a customer of this restaurant for many years. Not the best but certainly not the worst ........until yesterday evening. Waited ages just for the menu to arrive then again for the order to be taken. A long wait again for the food to arrive. Others around us were also displeased with the poor/slow service. Ordered a second round of drinks which failed to arrive and had to seek attention after a long wait to re order the drinks again. No apology!! Asked for the desert menu to order both deserts and coffee but again after a long wait and no menu’s arriving we paid the bill and left never to return. The food was actually good, the service was terrible. The restaurant was busy but not full and the waiters certainly weren’t under any pressure and found time to chat amongst themselves. Has this business changed ownership? The standard of service certainly has!!

I went to this restaurant this evening with a friend and we both ordered calzone (I asked for mine without ham mushroom). When they arrived, mine had ham in it and when I alerted the waitress and mentioned that I don’t eat meat she then said in a rude tone ‘what do you want me to do about it?’ I sent it back and received a new one very shortly after (worryingly quickly and at this point my friend had finished her meal) and the outside was burnt, the grated cheese was cold and not melted and the egg was raw. I then sent it back again and told them I didn’t want to order it for the third time. We were charged for the completely wrong drinks and given the full price bill and never once received an apology from a member of staff (we had 3 members of staff serve/speak to us). The manager was sat inside smoking a cigar and the bar lady coughed without covering her mouth very unhygienic and we will not be returning here ever again. I advise everyone to stay clear of this restaurant.

We 've been kicked-out by the restaurant manager for ordering 5 main course plates while we were 6 people!!? We were 6 people, one of us ate his dinner earlier, so we ordered 6 plates. The waitress said the manager might not like it. She went to him asking him permission to serve 5 plates to 6 people and he said no no no... and he made some hand gesture from distant asking us to leave!! Our ordered food could have topped €95 without the cost of the drinks which we didn 't start ordering.... the restaurant wasn 't even half full. Our group were 2 PhDs, two engineers and two marketing specialists.... together with our larger group this restaurant lost more than 25 prospective customers whom yearly visit the town of Juan Les Pin staying more than 10 days.
