The restaurant remains open after 2:00 for lunch, unlike local restaurants. The service is of quality: welcoming and qualified staff. I took a salad of lawyers and salmon that was delicious: well seasoned and hearty.
Excellent table... wines a little expensive (no less than 40€ the bottle . Despite this, a good experience to serve meals.
[Until 15/10/18 answer the owner of the review of 03/12/2017 announced 3 months ago Hello, we returned to the discovery of the new winter map. Here, unfortunately, the negative points that did not give us the desire to return for other times: 1 At that date, the map displayed on LaFourchette does not correspond at all to the map displayed in the restaurant that remained on the previous one. We had to choose for other unforeseen products that had not motivated our displacement. 2 After an unforeseen buffet of the day before for a group of people, tells us the staff, all the meat was consumed. Tonight, the next day, there's no calf, no boar... There's nothing left! And the fish. 3 If I accumulate the total waiting time of our evening, we reach the 80 minutes! Arrived as the second guest of the opening, our entrance was served 60 minutes after... while 3 guests of the hotel were served in front of us! The restaurant wasn't full, why so long? 4 to 19€ the tartare/frites/salade with frozen fries is very disappointing. 5 Previous views unchanged: too powerful and unpleasant atmosphere fragrance Change it! Get an investigation into other tests! A gourmet meal requires, big eaters will have to increase the addition... Here are the points that make us want to return: 1 The reception, the many employees and the hotel master are adorable. 2 Guillaume Winterstein's cuisine is EXCEPTIONNNELLE! He saves the house by himself! 3 A very attractive offer from LaFourchette! Without this reduction the experience of luxury that a place like this is extremely lower than it should be, given the surroundings. What a shame! 4 previous positive points: the interior is pleasant. The calm and musical atmosphere of good taste. Excellent alcohols in aperitif or wines or even carafe water. Comfortable furniture with real candles. The service is fast in general. Some preparations for the plate are made in front of you. Table cleaned with crumbs at the end of main dishes to prepare the arrival of desserts... I regret to have to remove a star from my evaluation from last year. See you next year for a new update of this notice. Not sooner. Chef G. Winterstein has worked in the best restaurants in France and this is not a coincidence, her cuisine is not good: it is dementia! Its ability to mix unexpected aromas in salt and sugar, its perfect cooking art, the union of greed and subtleties give its achievements an authenticity that will delight the purists of gastronomy!
