Moon Star - Ansonia

We’ve been ordering from here for years, we try to give each bad experience the benefit of the doubt and try again, but no more. The rice was overcooked and mushy, also had zero taste, I ordered sweet sour chicken and they didn’t give me my sweet sour. I also ordered the chicken noodle soup, it was gross and I didn’t even eat it. My husband ordered boneless spareribs and they were nasty and rubbery. We’ve heard plenty of excuses from the restaurant and we try again because we used to love it, but now it’s time to find a new one. Any suggestions?

I have commanded one and given me something I didn't order. they wanted me to pay for what I didn't order, and send them to me what I ordered. a terrible customer service will not order from here again.

Wanted only to let people know when they ask hot sauce soy sauce, soy sauce, which standard does not come extra with their meal) they will be packaged 1 per, no lie. in the office we ordered a few meals. each person was charged $1 for sauce package and $1 for a plastic bag per meal. it was delivered in a paper bag in a box. they don't tell you. I just want ppl to be aware before they order.

A terrible service here. the employees are so rude. the owner is constantly rude. he never greets u or says thank you. also we always ask that he have a few lucky cookies in our pocket for the little child we have, who love them, and he intended never in the pocket, even if we tell him several times so and then when he gets rough and once he went down for the lucky cookies. worse restaurant in the valley.
