It is the only place in the world where I love its location and its food, but which I am forced to ignore so as not to face once again the terrible service provided by the employees of that Point... I don't know what they have against them. customers but they always serve terribly badly... they don't greet, they don't pay attention when you talk to them, they don't pay attention to the customer's recommendations, they make fun of the customer who gets angry, it's an absolute shame!!! I'm a regular customer, I don't have much to say, just that I love it. The staff is very attentive and friendly. I like it when you don't know what to order and I just tell them that I would like to try something new and they recommend me. Very successful. The space is ideal to go hang out, work or meet with friends. Wherever I go I like to bump into a Juan Valdez on purpose. I understand that in Sydney they don't have it yet, that's what they tell me, I will soon be in those parts and it would be great to have Nevado de Arequipe on the other side of the world.
