Marco's Pizza - Anoka

Marcos consistently provides excellent customer service. Their pizza is delicious and consistently fresh. The staff is a fantastic team that takes pride in their work. Thank you, Marcos, for always being a top choice for takeout!

I had a fantastic experience at Marcos restaurant, rating it a 10 out of 10. I placed my order over the phone and was impressed by how quickly they answered. They also assisted me with a coupon issue and even gave me tips on using their app when I picked up my food. The food was always fresh and delivered on time. Despite recent bad reviews, I believe many of these are due to user error. Customers should ensure they provide the correct contact information and instructions, especially when ordering for delivery to an apartment. I have witnessed some customers being rude to the staff, leading to delays in service. I have worked in the food industry before and understand that sometimes customers try to blame the company for their own mistakes. However, Marcos restaurant continues to excel in customer service and rectify any errors, even when they are not at fault. I hope they do not have to deal with more rude and misunderstanding customers in the future. Overall, a wonderful establishment.

This place is an unmitigated catastrophe. My experience with them was nothing short of a disaster. I ordered food for an event feeding high school students and on the first occasion, they showed an astonishing level of incompetence by arriving 45 minutes late, without so much as a courtesy call to inform me.But it gets worse. On the second attempt, they had the nerve to call and request a delay in delivery time. I tried to explain that this was impossible due to the event's strict schedule and the fact that I was dealing with high school students. They managed to arrive on time, but what they brought was an absolute horror show. Every single box looked like it had been through a war zone. The question arises: Why did I subject myself to their incompetence a second time? Both orders were placed simultaneously and well in advance of the event. It was already set.I should have cancelled and ordered Dominos after the first debacle. This place is an absolute disgrace, and if I could, I'd give them a negative rating.

I was disappointed with the service I received from this restaurant. They left my pizza on the ground without attempting to contact me using the instructions I provided. They only called to inform me that my pizza was left outside. The management's response was unsatisfactory and I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. The overall experience was mediocre at best.

They left my food outside without trying to get it to me then refused a refund, I gave them instructions on how to get into the apt and a large tip for doing so. Thanks again terrible management.
