Taverna Agios Nikolaos - Ano Meria

Very nice restaurant at one of the most beautiful beaches of the island. Some days, depending on the wind direction, it can be very busy and you’ll have to wait a while. And bare in mind the restaurant is isolated, so maybe not all products are available. But hey, it’s holiday! Just relax and enjoy!

I wouldn 't go back. The only tavern on the beach of Agios Nikolaos but always empty... today I understood why. We went at 1.30pm and were told the kitchen opens at 2pm . ????? . We were given the menu but told today there is only this, this and this . Very expensive prices and poor service to have the plate and some bread we had to ask... . Better to go to the restaurant on the cliff a little further on. Nothing to say about the food, it was good, but a little more attention towards the customer or a little more care in the service would be enough, even given the exorbitant prices... An amazing spot of the Aegean Sea. A quiet spot, right on the most beautiful and quietest beach of the island, just visit it in June, July, September for a more peaceful experience. Friendly Yannis (owner) who left the hustle and bustle of the big city here for 15 years and has this wonderful little tavern in... nowhere!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Nice beach bar and café with fresh fish, nice salads, good coffee, good music and an unbeatable view on St. Nicholas’s beach. Good swordfish and tuna steaks and souvlaki. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
