The Red Bean - Annapolis

I love this place, good people, great coffee, and AWESOME ice-cream!

The best ice cream, lots of mix in options, zippy atmosphere, upbeat, friendly and engaging staff. Watch them make your waffle cone fresh baked. I am a major fan!

I rarely review anything but this place deserves it. As the president of a retail ecommerce company, I know great service and whether it's the training, hiring/talent sourcing, or both, Red Bean nails it. They deserve lines out the door not only for the service, but for the high quality product with ice cream from humanely treated and well-fed cows. To me, that's as important as service but when you can get both, it's a win. Came in with a party of eight kids and the staff didn't roll their eyes...they served us with a smile and as the kids were sitting and eating their ice cream (which was delicious), two of the women working there called me over and asked if they could whip something special up for my wife. I was honestly shocked by the level of service and care. They won me over for sourcing quality and they've locked in my loyalty by going above and beyond. Whether you want great service or you want to feed your family great food, choose Red Bean when on Main Street in Annapolis.

I loved the atmosphere of the Red Bean, the staff was so friendly and quick. I had tried the iced tea, but wished that I had some of the ice cream, hopefully next time.

My friend and I came out last week! The staff were very friendly and helped us maneuver the extents I've ice cream menu. I can't wait to come back
