Subway - Annapolis

Great place with decent quality and prices... customer service was great !!!

Food was good, staff was polite and professional but to pricey for me, $12.00 for a foot long sub is definitely not worth it especially since the meat is pre cooked. Should throw in a bag of chips and a drink. I won't be going back there again.

This subway was pretty good. Gave lots of topping and was very clean. Fast service.

I placed a mobile order and included special instructions, but it seemed no one read them. As a result, I ended up with bread that was hard, almost as if it had been toasted for too long or microwaved. I called and spoke with the manager, explaining that I wanted a refund because this wasn't acceptable, and I didn't have time to return to the restaurant. He suggested I process the refund through the app. I laughed and told him that if he were to do that himself through the app, he wouldn't realize how many people would end up getting free food.

The food was cooked to perfection and prepared exactly how I requested. However, I would appreciate a bit more generosity with the portion of meats for the prices charged.
