I came to try the tandoori chicken and we arrived there at 12pm . When we arrived there’s only one drumstick in the tray of tandoori chicken. I asked the server if they plan to refill the tray and he said yes. We ate the tikka masala chicken and the goat meat which is tender. The tandoori chicken tray didn’t get refilled until we we’re already finished eating. The flavor of the food is not as flavorful as the other Indian restaurants I tried. I rather try a different restaurant than come back here.
My wife and I have met here for lunch for years. It's six minutes drive for each of us from work and we both like Indian food. Buffet lunch fit her half hour schedule. No more buffet! My wife said in the end the extra ten minutes for lunch was well worth it. High praise indeed.
I haven't been here since before the pandemic. I asked for lamb vindaloo, extra spicy. It was not extra spicy, probably just a medium spicy range. There was only one person working and Jerry Springer was on TV. I'm paying quite a bit to be there, prices are high, and it just didn't give me the ambience I expected. I won't be returning.
Awful. Simply awful. The owner should come on a Sunday afternoon and see the cultural abomination being served. When entered, mariachi music was blasting. Cauliflower kerala, which was supposed to be garlicky, was a sweet, sticky, gloopy weirdness. The chicken 65 was like sweet and sour pork. This is not the restaurant it used to be. I think whoever is cooking thought they were still at Panda Express.
My wife and I just moved to Annapolis and were craving Indian, so we gave this a try. First of all, the name has changed it's now Memos Bar and Grill and although it still has roughly the same Indian menu, it's not an Indian restaurant. The good: Good portion size and the food was hotThe bad: Overpriced and underflavored. I got the chicken kabobs and I honestly couldn't tell that they were chicken. They were dry and flavorless and I couldn't finish. My wife got the Chicken Tikka Masala and while the sauce had some good flavor, the chicken itself was bland.
