Ordered a quick family dinner 2 Italian subs and 1 Mediterranean sub through Active Menus. Everything online was quick and easy and the order was ready and waiting for me. Absolutely no hassle. And the subs were their usual deliciousness! Only reason for not giving 5 stars: ordered hots on the side (and that was listed on the ticket) and didn't get them.
Working nearby this is my go-to for quick friendly service they are very accommodating with my food allergy and Amira is the kindest team member.
Love Potbelly. This location while hidden on back side of the mall and doesn't have entry directly from the mall, it offers a great change of a sandwich shop. The staff was friendly and helpful. I ordered the pick two with a salad and soup option. The order was placed and received the food very quick. While I didn't eat it there, I found the food very good.
