Dunkin' - Annapolis

I LOVE them! I've only been there 3 times and they already know my order. Customer service is so important to me. I'll go somewhere and actually pay more just for good service. They are definitely winning! And it also helps that they fix my iced caramel latte with no whipped cream to perfection!

Great service. Coffee was made perfectly to order. Gentlemen taking my order forgot do charge me for the extra espresso shot. When he noticed, he just smiled and said no worries, no charge. I appreciate when those little things happen

The gentleman who worked there was incredibly kind. The service was quick and very welcoming. If I ever find myself in that area again, I will definitely be a regular customer.

The Dunkin' Donuts on Chinquapin Round Road is truly the best Dunkin' location I've ever visited. Every employee remembers my drink as soon as I walk in, and they genuinely treat you like family.
