The old Epp Tide had a good cooking salad, but the stale mold and cramp feeling of the place just didn't encourage me to return. The new Dark Horse has a great food smell, they did a good job to remodel inside, it feels more spacious, and will remember that they are on my ordering experience, food and friendly service. I hope they add the cooking salad back, as it seems, they have all the ingredients on my order. This was my first post pandemic encounter that clearly showed a return to normality where food can be picked up until normal bar closing time in Maryland? This is particularly important in the tax season when a CPA finally finds the time to learn only that everything that could be freshly prepared is closed. I had a chance and ordered the gyro since the earthquake destroyed the old place. It was perfect. My client said the club sandwich was excellent and both articles had a generous part of the meat. The salad and sandwich toppings were fresh and showed no signs of wilting. Was not a fan of the bacon on the deviled eggs, but would reorder without bacon. Were surprised, they offered them the egg shortage. The customer was happy with the bacon on his sandwich. The order on the line was seamless with the exception that I could see on the pdf file what was included on the sandwiches, which exactly described the items I ordered but signed how well the pages, meat and toppings on any sandwich that were pre-pandemic. The text came through immediately after the order with a pick-up time. It was finished in time and included all ordered items that are increasingly rarer for Annapolis pick-up or delivery orders. The tzatziki is located under the meat, the fata, onions and chopped tomatoes. I wasn't sure, but she kindly offered a page of tzatziki when I saw confused. It turned out that I didn't need the site as they had my desired ugly help from tzatziki. I will go back and try their reburn to see it, they actually have Russian dressing where most only throw in French. The outside still doesn't look appealing, but don't let it stop going inside or ordering. You will not be disappointed and make sure that we have a good sandwich for those of us who work in the working hours. Can't express any opinion that it is the best sports bar in the city, but they had wall TVs that seemed to be up to date on the technology scale. Most apply wall to wall, but it seemed they were wall to wall during pickup.
Perfect place to boot the game with a beer and pretty good food. My wife loved her Thai wings and the toddler eats only about everything we give him out of the menu. No clams don't walk!
Watched the USA vs Iran game and the England vs wales game here while I was on vacation in the area from U.K.Fabulous experience to get a feel of a real USA bar that's busy and local , beers were good and. servers were lovely , England and USA won so everyone was happy lots of sports memorabilia on the walls which was cool , great to watch the games especially Soccer (football to me???????
Came here to watch World Cup (US v. England) on recommendation of fun loving local foodies/drinkers. Great spot for sports, tons of TVs, very good fast service. Tasty well priced food, better than expected. Packed 4 deep for game, but fun crowd. Nice location outside downtown, close to Quiet Waters dog beach/park too. I'm told dame owners at The Smokehouse down the road, which Is also a solid spot. Big parking lot.
Sad.. Too many screens. The guy next to me said, in response to a general conversation about his business…”It is good to be White”He then said..”you are a democrat”Not a question…just a disappointment.Ebb Tide was cool.
