Our group of five opted for the four-person package, which cost around $220; after adding tips and drinks, the total came to $300. The selection includes a variety of seafood, such as live lobster, fluke sashimi, and various other sashimis and seafood dishes, as well as some rolls and side items. Don't miss out on the lobster seafood stew to finish off your meal!
If you're a fan of great sashimi, this is the place to visit! I absolutely adore the white fish sashimi platter. The lobster sashimi is delicious, although I find the live octopus legs to be just average, but I know many from older generations enjoy them. To top it all off, you get a pot of spicy seafood soup at the end, served with hand-torn dough.
The gradual decline of Gaboja. I recall about a year ago when the restaurant was always bustling, and the seafood was fresh. Fast forward to today—a Sunday evening—and there are only two occupied tables. The fish was inedible, having an ammonia-like taste that suggested it had come from dirty water tanks. I can't help but wonder how long that fish had been sitting there to develop such a flavor, which reflects the restaurant's dwindling customer turnover. The prices remain steep, but the seafood now tastes and smells terrible.
This restaurant is one of my favorites, and their food always makes me happy!
The food is great . The service is not super but our waitress was nice. We got so much side dishes. We will definitely go back.
