Great location and view with really delicious food! I had the sandwich with sour herb and corned bark meat, which was a pleasant surprise with how well balanced and delicious it was. a nice place to eat beach that is a little fancier than the caffe outside. that means I would have preferred the table service for the prices.

Here on a local recommendation for the uninterrupted sea view, but allegedly average food. we were very surprised - the fish and the chips were a huge portion and the freshest, crispy and tasty fish and chips we had since being in port stephens. Usually I am against payment $22 for fish and chips, but since it seems up here, even local fish chip shops load $15 for a piece of fish and some chips! my partner had the Korean chicken burger, who was actually tasted by genuine Korean crawlers and spicy and was also a huge portion. washed it with a $13 jug of great northern, all this would have been the double price in melbourne in this time of the year. Absolutely fowl. Worst meal, worst staff. I️ honestly dont think I️ can remember a worse dining experience. Save your money. Eating at the petrol station around the corner would give you better service and less of a chance of food poising. Seriously stay away!

I feel like i should write 2 separate reviews as the two times I have been were very different. My first experience was on a Friday morning and was absolutely amazing. The view was breathtaking, the service was great and my poached eggs and bacon were cooked to perfection (only downfall was the toast dripping with butter, but I can look past that). What a hidden gem!!! So glad we stumble across this place on our holiday!!!!! Yummy food, great service and if your lucky enough you might catch the whales breaching out the back and dolphins surfing the waves.
