If you like this, it's perfect. if they like a fixed bed, they won't stay here. five stars to give, even if I don't like soft bets, because everything else was great and they were pretty nice, and the softness of the bette is probably what most people prefer anyway.
The staff is the best at this place. now the hotel is in order. I like the offers that this place has. but the staff was always very helpful and always so friendly. I appreciated her and her friendliness. the hotel is in pretty good condition and the ac works pretty well. it's practical, almost everything.
The only reason why there is no 5-star course is because I feel that customer upgrade has been lost in this hotel. they used to offer half-priced rooms for Sunday, continental breakfast, appetizers for happy hour, all gone. my man went there for over 30 years during the Michigan race and he saw many changes. it was a family weekend for us until it became too expensive, then instead of 2 rooms he had to go on and made it a young one. in the course of the years he saw the customer upgrade die and take over the almighty. if he had a problem, the job he got was not as if it were going elsewhere. as a delight for a hotel it is to do an elite hotel for the fountain. we went back to Kovid and found it very expensive. it's lovely, but they don't offer their gasses any more. beautiful rooms and very clean, but I can get this in the best western for significantly less. the rooms are not cleaned during their stay, I understand because I kovid, but in reality that saves them money because the cleaning staff has not so much to do. I know everything is going to be expensive, but when you see that the almighty takeover and customer upgrade are lost, it's sad. it will be a long time when we go back because it will only become too rich for my blood. it was always a bit expensive, but it was not justified with those of them.
I “purchased” to the royal hospitality room. the profis: it was very generous in the size two writing, sitting area. the Cons: one of the reasons why I paid $350 per night was because the room had the updated bathroom with bluetooth. the Bluetooth mirror would not even turn on. no big thing. we can live without them. then at 3:00 a.m. there is a steady water drop somewhere in the room and keeps the whole night. as soon as the sun is up, I see that the wall is pooled through the window and it is water on the sill. I see that the wall paper is bent and lifted from water damage. I'm going to check and know the woman in writing. she was friendly with a “oh no apology about it” I could not say if she understood the extent of the problem so that I let her know that it looks like there is a lot happening because there are water damage on the wall. she says she'll be sure that the maintenance knows. at this point I am quite sure that it was a well-known problem and we were allowed to spend this kind of money on the room independently. tldr: I spent $350 not in the position to sleep because a leak and for a room that lacked some of the promised features. I didn't work the bluetooth, but if the rooms had to change then maybe have avoided the water problem!
Check in clerk was friendly. The rooms were over priced but most of the group thought the hotel rooms were very nice. The main complaint I had was the staff not being rude. The Habitat bar staff was just horrible. We waited 15 minutes to have a server come to our table, regardless of having passed by numerous times with out even a head nod of acknowledgement. Lots of tables were open so not super busy on a Tuesday) Once orders were placed another 15-20 minutes to deliver them unless you ordered a soda which came rather quickly. Server never came back, tried to flag another but was completely ignored. Went to the bar to order drinks myself and the bartender was not friendly or accommodating at all. Some of our party sat at the bar and received the same rude, grunting, barely acknowledging them service. On a good note. The morning breakfast was wonderful and the staff was very pleasant. This made up for the rude service we received the night before.
