Silvio's Organic E Pizzeria - Ann Arbor

Silvio, the chef and owner, truly understands how to combine the finest ingredients to highlight their full flavors and aromas. He's a perfectionist when it comes to cuisine. I've heard from his team that he works 16 hours a day (from opening until closing) to ensure that every dish is of the highest quality and tastes delightful for his customers. It’s a long and dedicated process, but the difference is palpable; you can taste the love he pours into every plate. Every bite of his food brings a smile to my face. While his pasta is excellent, I believe his pizzas are even better. I recently had the opportunity to try a dozen different pizzas during a trip to Italy, and Silvio’s pizzas exceed them in terms of flavor, texture, ingredients, and overall joy. In my opinion, his crust is world-class, featuring the perfect balance of slightly crunchy exterior and chewy interior, all with complex flavors. My personal favorite is his classic Margherita pizza, but I also recommend trying some of his more exotic combinations (his truffle pizza and potato pizza are particularly original and absolutely to die for).

My family absolutely loves this restaurant! It’s my favorite place to take my granddaughter for her birthday dinner. The owner, Silvio, is the kindest person you could meet. He prepares everything fresh while you wait, so be prepared for a bit of a wait, but trust me, it’s worth it because he’s an excellent cook! He also treats the birthday girl or boy to a fantastic dessert on the house. Silvio even stops by our table to take photos with us. We have never been disappointed with our visits to Silvio's!

I’ve had all my experiences at Silvio’s. Phil assisted both my friends and me today, and he was wonderful—very pleasant and attentive. He made excellent suggestions, and the food was delicious. The happy hour from 3 to 6 PM was also great, with a selection of beer and wine and appetizers $2.00 off each. I really hope to come back again! I highly recommend this place.

I was recently here for my first visit and it was actually for some whiskey tasting. next to the tasting that was brilliant, I remained after trying the pizza naturally. absolutely incredible and done how pizza should be. kaute teig, big crispy blows and perfect amount of toppings/cheese that were both high quality. back in this week!

The pizza of silvio is the best. it makes a perfect pizza dough and the pizza literally melts in the mouth.
