Przekaż informację zwrotnąI had a wonderful experience at this restaurant today. The food was fantastic, but what truly made the visit memorable was the friendly and attentive manager named Sara. She went above and beyond to help and deliver exceptional service. Even on a particularly busy day with a short staff, her positive attitude shone through, ensuring that everyone enjoyed a great experience.
I just wanted to grab a simple coffee—nothing fancy. I bought my coffee and went to the sugar station, only to find there was no sugar available. I asked the woman who sold me the coffee for some sugar, and she told me they were out. Why didn’t she mention that when I made my purchase? What am I supposed to do with coffee that has no sugar?
I encountered a very long wait to be seated at the restaurant. While I was in line, I noticed the kitchen staff chatting and laughing amongst themselves. After about 20 minutes of waiting, one of the employees mentioned that her phone had buzzed and proceeded to take a BeReal photo, despite having around five customers waiting, along with numerous mobile orders. She was using her phone while wearing gloves and then returned to handling food. I finally received my meal after a 20-minute wait, but I couldn't help but feel concerned about health and safety standards. My friend, who only waited for 5-7 minutes, claimed she saw one of the staff members touching their face with their hands. On a positive note, the management was very friendly and understanding about our concerns, acknowledging the situation and assuring us they would address it appropriately.
I go to all 4 locations in ann arbor and although this is most convenient it is noticeably poor service and product quality. they are often from at least one of: coffee (yes, coffee!, milk or simply syrup. I try to explain that it is to be accepted cold brewed coffee that we are about a machine next to the donator, but they insist on the donator 1/2 full ice (in contrast to other locations). the result is that the ice melts and watered coffee produces. please fill it with cold brew and let us put the ice into our own.
Continuously messing up my order. First time going here in a year and of course they can't read simple instructions. I called 3 times before they closed and they hung up on me every time.
