Kfc - Ann Arbor

I went with my son to eat during the reasonable hours. the kfc had a big banner that said that the dining room now opened to accompany us to the house. we are out of the car, and all the doors were locked. simply unacceptable.

Went in, waited to serve only to hear a lot about management and key, pick up and finally noticed me. when it was more important to talk to the Door Dash driver, my waiting was over. popeyes it was. a decision that has some stress from my hectic day.

The food good, but they literally have no idea what they do, they gave us something that we did not order and did not give us 2 pages that we ordered. I just wanted my mac and I'd be fine.

After waiting 20 minutes after my pick-up time, they told me they didn't have what I ordered (apply said it's ready for pick-up). I could wait an hour to get what I ordered or 15 minutes for sth completely different

I normally give grace to those working with the public because it is difficult dealing with do many personalities, but this place really needs to be shut down or at the very least a pop up health inspection. There was only 1 person in front of me when I placed my order and I had to wait over 30 mins for my food. I wasn't upset, but as I waited I witnessed food being picked up with hands, employees never changing gloves handling money, then handling food. The rudeness of some of the employees to the customers just asking a question or trying to place an order.I checked my order even though I watched them bag it up and it was wrong. I went back to the counter and showed them my order was wrong and they put the food I picked up and opened back in with all the other food instead of throwing it out.The only reason I kept my food was because it just came out the fryer so it was fresh and properly handled.But I won't be going here any longer
