Chipotle Mexican Grill - Ann Arbor

I rarely find myself staring in awe, but this Chipotle truly impressed me. The portion sizes were generous, the tables were spotless, and the wait time was minimal. They even offer organic juices! Chipotle stands out as a better restaurant because they provide healthier choices, including non-GMO food and plant-based milk. Below is a picture of me enjoying the largest burrito they’ve ever made!

I ordered a chicken bowl with a side tortilla, extra white rice, and a mix of half pinto beans and fajitas. I also got half green salsa, extra corn, cheese, sour cream, and lettuce (as long as it looks fresh). It’s a fantastic deal: you essentially get two meals for the price of one, as you can use half of the bowl to fill the tortilla and roll it into a burrito.

I want to extend a huge thank you to the team who prepared my DoorDash order today! I had almost lost faith in this particular Chipotle for takeout because my previous orders had been quite disappointing, with the bowls often barely half full. Given the price, I was really let down. However, the person who prepared my order today completely restored my faith. She was attentive to my online order and made sure to fill the bowl generously. I feel truly valued, and the person who prepared my meal definitely deserves a raise!

I ordered yesterday catering for 25 people and everything was great! all eating was amazing and it was very organized. also came with enough dishes, servierutensils, serviettes, etc. everyone loved eating! also friendly service that helped staff put everything in our vehicle. so glad I went with this location at other locations in aa. thank you!

Mobile app order was ready after the estimated time but not by too much. Staff seemed attentive to customers that were in the store. Food was good but one order was missing an item in the burrito bowl and quantity was less than the other bowl, when comparing the two. Tried the new pollo asado and liked it. Would order again. Carnitas is still the favorite. Steak was just okay for me. 4 stars since overall service was decent and food was great.
