Potbelly - Ann Arbor Charter Township

I ordered close to closing, apparently. I ordered the loaded potato soup. it was bordering on being Luke warm . it also contained maybe 3 pieces of potato, if even that. I also ordered 2 subs, that only had meat. no mayo, tomatoes or cheese as mentioned in my order. I WILL NEVER, EVER GO BACK AGAIN. TOTALLY PISSED OFF. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

I order from here a lot. But my order is frequently not there when I pick it up. Like someone stole it or they took the wrong order. This is so annoying. I told the staff this keeps happening to me and they're response was it happens a lot. Why does no one do anything about it!The other potbelly off Washtenaw keeps the sandwiches behind the counter. This one needs to figure it out. Really a waste of my time. Not coming back to this potbelly until this is figured out.

Amazing place to stop by travelling to states. High quality food, all fresh and nice variety of sandwiches.Great attentive staff, very clean amenities.

Most of there food was good and light cheese with a lot of chicken and veggies our favorite was the club sandwich

Will never order from you again! I found a bone in my sandwich the last time I ordered from you and I called and spoke with a manager. He gave me his personal cell number to send picture of bone and he said he would credit my card for my bill. AND HE DID NOT!!!!!
