Grabbed my order and walked out without verification. No one said anything to me.The chili was chilly, as in cold and thick. Freshly made cookies are wrapped in plastic and set on the counter. The ones I ordered were stale.
The food is great but every time i try to call, nobody answers...! I know they are busy because the food is good. But this is really frustrating. It just rings and rings and rings. Maybe more staff...
Always delicious subs. My son has changed his preference now. Fresh, full of flavor, great ingredients. Wish we had one closer to Dexter!.
I’ve already given my review to corporate. This was my first time ordering Firehouse Subs. I did a mobile order for a meatball sub and a cheesesteak sub on gluten-free bread. upon opening the subs I was disappointed in the size comparison, especially because I had to pay extra for gluten-free bread and the bread is smaller than the original wheat bread, which makes it impossible to give the same proper portion of meats and veggies. Most places have a pre-measured amount of meat per sub size. I absolutely hate that I had to pay extra for gluten-free bread and the gluten free option is always the smallest.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options are smaller and you have to pay extra
