Went here after an exam, ordered online a couple minutes before going into the store so I didn’t expect it to be ready right away, but I also didn’t expect to wait a super long time. Waited about 15 minutes before I asked the woman making smoothies and showed my order to her, she said they didn’t even have an ingredient, and it seemed as if they weren’t even going to make it if I hadn’t brought it up to her. No notification in app either. She was friendly and substituted the ingredient and had my smoothie out in the next 10 minutes. The smoothie was decent quality with the substitution, but waiting 20-25 minutes for an $8 smoothie is not good customer service. Additionally, this location clearly needs more staffing to account for rush of students and being right on campus. Also improve online ordering system so it actually notifies when something isn’t available. A lot of people who go here are students who don’t have time to be waiting around for 20+ minutes.
I've been in here multiple times, and I truly enjoy the ambiance you feel as soon as you enter. The food and drinks are AMAZING, and I love trying something new every time I come across this location. Customer Service is definitely a plus, and there are a few spots to sit inside if you're not planning on carry out.
They have a terrible service. I ordered an raw juice from snackpass and they put the ingredient that I haven’t selected. Therefore, I wanted them to make a new juice as I ordered through snackpass showing them the correct order record. But they just said “We have no idea why this happened but we can’t make a refund nor make a new juice for you since it’s expensive.” Even, they were just laughing at the time I was about to leave with anger. They didn’t even look sorry.The wrong order happened last time too when I ordered by snackpass but at that time, the employee there made me a new juice according to my correct order in snackpass.They should fix their order receiving process and should learn what’s the nice service they should provide to the customers.
Super rude and inconsiderate. Wouldn't take my money. Terrible service I wouldn't recommend coming to this location
Worst açaí bowl I’ve ever had. The base was literally frozen and the portion was tiny for 13 dollars.
