Sweet To Eat Bakery And Cake Shop

I have never been more happy with the cake I received for my wedding! It was absolutely gorgeous and tasted just as good. It was very affordable as well! I’d give over 5 stars if I could!

I just want to be sure before I order from here, by new owner does this mean the “all lives matter” and rude owner with snarky replies to every bad review is gone? This is what is making me change my mind.Edit: I am already a customer and have never had a problem. I am very happy there is a new owner!

It was horrible. When ordering I told them my grandson was going to be 12 and every year I order a special custom cake for him. I also told them the amount of cost was no problem . I wanted a Rick and Morty cake similar to what I had seen on their website.First I called to make sure I had the correct amount with me because I pay cash. Whoever answered acted put out that I had called.I go to pick up cake and as soon as I entered she was complaining how much the phone had been ringing.She then handed me the cake.I was mortified. It looked like it was thrown together at the last min in a hurry and no thought or time out into it at all a couple chards of what looked like almond bark stuck on top and a cut out shape painted like a picked . It was a standard 2 layer cake not big at all let alone custom. The worst part was ! She charged me $80 friggen dollars. I was so shocked disappointed and mad I just handed her the money and walked out the door.A five yr old could of done better for way less .I noticed on comments also they can 't take criticism. They blame the customer make excuses and come across very angry. Not sure if I 've ever really seen a we apologize unless it 's after putting blame elsewhere or exslaining thier excuse . Read the one with the lady that wanted a box for cake pops!Never ever again it 's terrible customer service they gouge you financially are rude and a yr later can 't believe they are still in business.P. S Owner no comment or blame or excuses needed. Thank youIf you are a new owner then I apologize immensely. It was a yr ago yesterday I guess that 's what made me think of it .

So so grateful for this bakery! Another bakery backed out last minute and left us scrambling for custom cookies. We reached out to Sweet to Eat with only 48 hours notice. They were so wonderful to work with and very gracious with our late notice. The finished product turned out even cuter than the inspiration photo! The cookies were so delicious and our dad was very happy with his complimentary cookie when he picked up the order! We will definitely be back and give the proper notice next time! Cannot recommend this bakery enough!

RUDE ??? coughed on my cake when decorating it. Never even wore a mask. Michele is rude with a capital R!!
