Subway - Ankeny

Love Subway. Des Moines/Ankeny has been a test market for the Hero bread which was awesome! As I'm trying to limit carbs I haven't been able to eat a sub for a long time. Hero bread tastes like real bread! Sadly the test is over and I hope they bring it back so I can continue to enjoy Subway, otherwise I won't be back as I can only do so many salads and I eat enough of those at work!

Super friendly customer service! Made my sandwich just the way I like it and they made me feel better about myself too. Bless this subway and their staff lol

Great service! you need but blind! the western sun becomes bright there and the workers stare directly into it. makes it hard for them to interact with the costumes. otherwise, great!

Worst experience ever in a subway! ordering through the app and when I showed up to pick up my order, there were no employees at first sight, then 4 people go from behind and ask what I want and I said: "I ordered online" then the coworker looked down to sit my entrance on the counter as I went to sit down and wait 20 minutes. no management, just a budding young child without being ridiculous, I will never go there again to mention that the sandwiches are a chaos!
