Marble Slab Creamery - Ankeny

Ordered a cookie for Chrsitmas online. Went to pick up on date it stated it was ready, which was the day before Christmas to find it wasnt even made. Zero apology really. Cookie was poorly done and was inedible..actually disgusting. This place is not like I remember it when it was in the mall..

The owner is probably the worst person I've ever come into contact with. Horribly rude to customers and her own employees to the point where its definitely harassment. I would not spend another dollar here in my entire life time. She definitely does not appreciate or deserve business.

Fast service. I was fortunate to get the last of the m m's cookies. Filled out my order with the ever popular chocolate chip cookies to get the freebie offer they had. Product was good and I had a pleasant experience. Would have given 5 stars if more m m's cookies were available.

The Great American Cookie in Ankeny, Iowa did such a fantastic job with my request for an ?Aged to Perfection? 30th birthday party that was Whiskey/Old Fashion theme. I spoke with Cassidy, one of the decorators, and explained what I had in mind and a general color scheme and told her that I trust their judgement. I?m so glad I did! I sent a few photos to her email and the turn out was better than I could have hoped! Everyone loved it ????????

Came in and wasn't greeted...told them we was getting my daughter something for her birthday... NO CARE... NONCHALANT ATTITUDE! Don't want to play the race card but I wonder if he would've said happy birthday if we were white! Unacceptable!
