It took nearly 20 minutes to get our sandwich and wrap. I was happy to sit and enjoy the atmosphere of the place. Food: 4/5.

The staff here is full of great energy! We ordered food and, on our first visit, they forgot to include the cookie we ordered. When I called about it, they were incredibly friendly, and redeeming the store credit for the cookie on our next visit was a breeze. Overall, a fantastic experience—5/5!

Food was exactly as expected. No surprises (which is a good thing! . Person at the window who helped us with our order was friendly and made it a pleasant experience. I would definitely visit this location again.

I frequently pick up online orders from this Jimmy John's location, and every time, the staff is consistently fast, friendly, and kind. They do an excellent job and truly appear to enjoy their work, which I really appreciate.
