Domino's Pizza - Ankeny

My favorite spot for grabbing pizza or having it delivered. They consistently get it right, and I really appreciate their specials. The staff are always friendly and provide excellent customer service.

The delivery service is always fast, and the quality of the food is consistently what you would expect. There was one instance when my order got mixed up, but they resolved it quickly. I would give it 4 stars mainly due to the website quality. It's hard to believe that a large company like Domino’s can't create a decent online ordering site. It's really frustrating that they show a chart of how many free pizzas I've earned, but there are no locations nearby where I can actually redeem them. While I don't expect free pizza, it’s disappointing to be told I have free pizzas without any way to actually get them. It's clear the website isn't tailored to this location. The restaurant itself is fine, but corporate really needs to improve their website, which is currently a mess.

This is my fourth time ordering pizza, and each time I've requested extra sauce, the pizza has been excessively dry and not hot at all. It's been a terrible experience. I even called to confirm they noted the extra sauce, yet it still arrives dry.

The food arrived promptly, and the delivery driver, Collier, was outstanding. He was incredibly friendly and had a positive attitude, which created a great atmosphere. Keep up the fantastic work! Thank you!
