Initially, we were turned away at the door because they claimed the hotel was fully booked, which we found strange for a restaurant. After some persuasion, we were allowed to sit at the cliffside restaurant for tea and coffee. The service was slow and the waiters seemed uninterested. One of my friends requested lemon water but was informed that they had run out of lemons, which we found amusing for a restaurant. However, the breathtaking view made up for the lackluster service. It is a shame that the management is not fully capitalizing on the potential of the hotel. With better management, chef, and staff, Casa Vagator could easily rival Thalassa and Antares.
Casa Vagator is situated on a cliff, with the restaurant offering the best views of the cliff within the hotel. The sea views are amazing, and there is a noticeable international atmosphere. The food was decent but could use some improvement. We dined in once and ordered room service another time, but both experiences left us feeling that the food quality could be better. The service was also slow.
This restaurant is located near Vagator Beach and has a cozy atmosphere. It's a great spot to grab a quick bite or snack. The staff is very polite and friendly.
Visited this place last week while in Goa with friends. While its a little tough to find as there arent many sign boards and our phone batteries were dead so no GPS either we eventually found it and are glad we did. The restraunt is atop a hill facing the beach and has a scenic view. The service was prompt and ambience also was amazing considering the good music, the great view and the cleanliness and greenery around. Coming to the food we ordered a chicken wafer thin pizza which was out of this world it was juicy and crispy and a mouthful of heaven... we loved it so much that we got another one. Then there was the gril chicken dish we got which was also very well grilled and served with veggies, fries and the best smoky bbq sauce ive tasted.. Chef Jerome hats off to you and your co chefs! Pizzas were about 450 and so was the grilled chicken. Beers are also quite affordable at about 80 250 a pint. Make sure you visit this place if your in north goa.
This Restaurant has a very special location. The view from there is breathtaking. This is probably one of the best places in Goa with seaview and sunset. Nice to watch the scenery and beachlife from this spot. But we also enjoyed the food very very much. Responsible for Kitchen is the well known cook Chef Jerome from Delhi. He told me he is running the well known restaurant Ra Avis there. The food we had was very tasty and fresh, I liked the seafood , but also special dishes like schnitzel , or very good Pizza , i loved the special pancake with homemade jam too much, here you can get excellent french cuisine as well as other dishes. We´ve been a group of people, and we´ve all been happy. The prices are very much ok. Thank you, always will come back.
