This is the best restaurant in Anguilla. The view is incredible. The ambiance is chic relaxed. The staff is very warm. Valda was wonderful. The food is the best we tasted on the island. Wine champagne by the glass served icy cold. Desserts delicious. The hotel is the most beautiful. We were at the Four Seasons but dined here 3 times during our Anguilla vacation. It was awesome.

Food, ambiance and service were excellent. We stayed at the Four Seasons but had dinner at Celeste. Liked it so much we went back for breakfast the following morning and it was also excellent. Beautiful views.
